Be a strong link for your clients, those whom you work for, people who work for you, your family, and friends. Build unbreakable trust.

Be a strong link for your clients, those whom you work for, people who work for you, your family, and friends. There is no specific order for the above.

Being a strong link is not a sometimes thing, it needs to be or become part of your DNA. Being a strong link is not always immediately fun or rewarding. In the short run may not make you the most popular person in the room. Over time being a strong link builds unbreakable trust.

We have all heard that groups and organizations are only as strong as their weakest link. What I have learned over time is that you cannot control people. I cannot want more success for people than they want for themselves. Weak links will continue to be weak links.

When I managed sales teams I had a choice, work with C players to bring them up to B’s or Invest time and effort with B players to bring them up to A ‘s. A players always take care of themselves. I focused on the B's.

That focus did not always make me popular. I have never thought of life as a popularity contest. I understand that I am an acquired taste. Some people like me some don't. If they earnestly know me, regardless of where I fall on the scale of likability scale, they know they can trust me. If I say I will do something, I will do it. If I make plans I show up. If someone needs a hand mine is often the first in. I want people to think of me as being genuine. I am guided by integrity, principles, and ethics. If you do the same you will not have regrets. I believe being authentic creates strong links. I had an ex-employee that sent me a card after they left. They thanked me and told me” I did not always like your decisions, but I knew they were fair”. I take pride in being a strong link, being trusted, and having my friends and family know I would do almost anything for them.

I have close friends who suffer from MS. I am their strong Link. They are my adopted people, and MS is my picked cause.

I am working hard to raise money for MS. I am part of the Romp To Cure MS bike team. We have a fundraiser on February 17th, and our MS bike ride is on April 20th, 2024.

We are looking for donations for our silent auction at our February 17th event and for monetary donations for our Bike MS Ride on April 20th, 2024. The links are below.
