Budweiser sidelined in Big Game, 1st time in 37 years. Donating AD dollars to COVID awareness




Super Bowl 55 will be missing some familiar faces, Budweiser, Coke, Pepsi, Hyundai, but it looks like AD revenue will be just fine.


Sunday's big game is one of the few events where people watch commercials as much as the game itself. These advertisers will also get a halo, other media outlets will promote and analyze the best commercials from Sunday's Big Game.


Here are a couple of quick facts.

The game will likely have 44-48 Minutes of advertising.


While Budweiser is sidelined Anheuser Busch will definitely be in the game with other brands Bud Light and Michelob Ultra.


Budweiser has revealed there why and it is not to save money. according to an article in Forbes and Anheuser-Busch U.S. Chief Marketing Officer Marcel Marcondes it’s “the best of both worlds” by contributing to society while also improving the public’s perception of the vaccine with efforts outside of traditional advertising.
