I have been on a news cleanse, but these headlines are too good to ignore

Studies have shown that the ratio of bad news to good news is about 17:1. That equates to 95% of news is negative. The last time I watched the news there were four murder stories in a row. Odds are the next time I watch the news it unfortunately will be the same.

I am not suggesting they are not news but I am saying watching those stories over and over do not add value to life. Possibly this leads to depression, anxiety, anger...I don't know that is not my field.

Life is a journey, and we all need to find our way.

Have you ever heard the saying you are what you eat?

Here is A similar saying, You start to think about what you watch or read.

I do everything I can to focus on the positive and say Productive and happy.

From time to time I may watch dramas like Longmire, or a bit of sci-fi like Stranger Things but for the most part, I try to watch comedies. Currently, I am having a lot of fun watching Tacoma FD. By the way, I watch all of these programs on CTV.

To that end, I have decided to take much-needed news cleanse and I don't feel like I am missing anything.

If there is something going on in the world that I need to know about somehow I will find it.

These headlines are just too good to ignore. #CTV #Streaming #OTT always getting better for viewers and advertisers
