Que it up maestro and bring me some blueberries :)

Does listening to classical music or eating Blueberries make you smarter?

I am not sure but there is some evidence…

"Education is not the learning of the facts, but the training of the mind to think."-Albert Einstein

I will take all the help I can get. I do want to be smarter today than I was yesterday. I like training my mind and sharing what I have learned. I hope my posts bring some clarity to the opportunity that CTV |OTT can deliver.

Blueberries are known as one of the best brain foods, high levels of antioxidants and they contain anthocyanin, a compound that helps protect brain neurons linked to memory.

In 1993, a small study showed that college students who listened to a Mozart sonata and then took an IQ test got higher spatial scores than those who didn't.
